We present an exciting opening for a Parts Interpreter to join our dedicated and driven team at Farmers Centre Narrogin.

 

Position Overview

Your primary role centers around delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring that they receive precise and timely guidance regarding their part's necessities.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that guarantees stability and room for advancement. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager.

 

A glimpse into the daily life of a Parts Interpreter.

• Identifying parts for clients and the service department.

• Managing inquiries from the front counter, both in person and over the phone.

• Addressing pending tasks related to parts inquiries and customer concerns.

• Utilizing system-based parts interpretation through a variety of digital and printed resources.

• Adhering to company procedures for accounts receivable in connection to parts sales.

• Assisting in maintaining the presentation of display areas and the cleanliness of stock.

Your Profile

You exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for customer service.

Ideally, you possess the following qualities, experience, and capabilities:

Mechanical experience and background knowledge in farm machinery.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Familiarity with various systems and databases.

Outstanding organisational capabilities, including the aptitude to handle multiple tasks.
